test The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of each drug was obtained using the broth microdilution technique as described in document M27-A3 of the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute – CLSI . The minimum fungicidal concentration (MFC) was determined after 48 h of treatment with the inhibitory concentrations used in the susceptibility Epothilone B (EPO906, Patupilone) test.
