Our results uncovered twelve factors, epitomized by big data management and data contextualization, and their interrelations, which affect ERP responsiveness. Factors driving ERP responsiveness add to the existing literature on ERP and big data management and hold important implications for the effective implementation of ERP and big data management systems in practice.
